Women in Manufacturing

Looking back in history we will find that women have played a significant role in the development of manufacturing since the late 19th century. It is now clear worldwide, that women because of their skills can find their place in the labor market and especially in the field of heavy industry.

Researches have shown that women have strong engineering abilities and impressive interpersonal skills. Along with this is the willingness to work hard, learn as much as possible and prove their worth to employers and colleagues, qualities that make them ideal employees.

At Crystal, the participation of women has played an important role in the growth and development of our company since the first day. Over the course of our 68 years, the female workforce has participated in various areas of the company and developed into senior positions. It is noteworthy that in the production department, which is a key part of Crystal, women make up 35%, a percentage that is constantly increasing. Working in a heavy industry production department such as refrigerator manufacturing requires knowledge, continuous training, cooperation, and organizational skills, advantages that we pride ourselves on all of our employees possess.

Our goal is to empower and support our female employees, through training programs, education, and equal opportunities for professional development.
